LeVotre is a specialist in Engineering Consultancy. We are recruiting on behalf of our sister company, a leading engineering maintenance consultancy providing engineering cutting edge solutions across various industries.
We are seeking a results-driven Field Services Engineer to join this dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of services while fostering innovation and maintaining operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and Negotiating contracts
• Oversee daily operations and service delivery across all projects and client sites.
• Lead and manage teams conducting condition monitoring and reliability engineering services.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Create professional presentation decks and facilitate the sales of services and products offered by the company.
• Suggest new services and product offerings tailored to client needs.
• Analyse operational data and generate detailed reports for clients and management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance technical skills and operational capabilities.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude with the flexibility and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Be able to travel and stay away from home for extended periods when required.
• Perform any other duties as may be required from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Predictive maintenance and Prescriptive maintenance technologies and methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in project planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
