Production Factory Engineers x 3
Work Location: Harare (Zimbabwe)
Work schedule: 8 hours x 5 days

Position Overview:

We are looking for an innovative, dedicated engineer with a strong engineering background with working knowledge of a wide range of engineering practices, processes and the technologies used in them.

Duties and Responsibilities

The engineer’s responsibilities will include identifying issues, developing solutions to solve them and decision making in terms of production process
The ENGINEER will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to optimize the use of all materials for the projects, enhancing efficiency, reducing onsite labor, and shortening project timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Material Science, Industrial and Production Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, or related aluminium production and engineering roles.
Experience in project management
Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice
Familiarity with engineering design software and construction management tools
