Bulawayo Mining Company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to undergo a structured two-year Graduate Traineeship programme in the following fields at How Mine:
Requirements:
- A minimum of an Upper-Second Class Bachelor’s Degree (2.1) in the relevant field.
- Ability to adapt, learn and implement theory into practical situations.
- Strong leadership potential, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Relevant post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be aged 25 years or below.
