Job Description
Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation is a major player in the Zimbabwean Mining Industry and a key contributor to the growth of the Zimbabwean economy through mining and mining development. The Corporation has the following exciting, fixed term opportunities that have arisen at our Golden Kopje Mine (Chinhoyi).
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Compiling daily production data (inputs, throughput, output)
• Recommending optimal production inputsPage 4 of 6
• Collecting samples (input, process, output) for analysis and reporting
• Reporting daily, weekly and monthly on production statistics
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Certificate in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Equivalent
• 5 O level passes
• 2 years metallurgical working experience
• Highly computer literate
• Metallurgical laboratory experience is an added advantage
