Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily shop operations and staff management.
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
* Ensure high standards of customer service.
* Manage inventory and stock levels.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
* Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail supervision or management
* Degree/ Diploma in Retail Management or Marketing or equivalent
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with retail management systems is advantageous.
* A proactive and organized approach to work.
* Knowledge or experience of Fabrics and Textiles is a distinct advantage
