⦁ Planning, organizing, leading and controlling mining department
⦁ Control surface and underground operations
⦁ Plan targets, costs and budgets
⦁ Maintain mining standards and statutory instruments
⦁ Manage ground condition and ventilation systems
⦁ Maintain safe working environment
⦁ Liaise with Geologist to manage grade control function
⦁ Liaise with stores and engineering departments to ensure adequate supplies

Candidate Specification
⦁ Experience 5 years plus
⦁ Education Level: Degree
⦁ Qualifications: Full Blasting Certificate
⦁ Industry Specific: Mining Equipment
⦁ Knowledge Of Conventional Gold Mining
⦁ Ability To Understand Mine Planning ana Grade Control
