VACANCY NOTICE
Applications are invited from highly accomplished and visionary candidates to fill the position of Finance, Administration and Human Resources Director that has fallen vacant in the organization. The Finance, Administration and HR Director, will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial, administrative and human resources activities within the organization. The incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Financial Management:
⦁ Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets and forecasts.
⦁ Monitor financial performance and prepare regular financial reports.
⦁ Manage cash flow, investments and financial risk assessments.
⦁ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
⦁ Administration:
⦁ Oversee daily operations of administrative functions.
⦁ Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
⦁ Manage office facilities, equipment and supplies.
⦁ Coordinate internal and external communications.
⦁ Human Resources:
⦁ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
⦁ Manage recruitment and selection processes.
⦁ Oversee employee relations, compensation and benefits programs.
⦁ Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
⦁ Leadership and Team Management:
⦁ Lead and mentor a team of finance, administrative and HR professionals.
⦁ Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
⦁ Set departmental goals and objectives and monitor progress.
⦁ Strategic Planning:
⦁ Contribute to the development of organizational strategies and plans.
⦁ Provide strategic financial and HR insights and recommendations to the executive team.
⦁ Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
⦁ Professional qualification such as CA (Z), ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is mandatory.
⦁ Master’s degree.
⦁ Clean class four drivers license.
⦁ Five (5) years’ experience at director level in the corporate/public management sector.
⦁ Strong financial management skills.
⦁ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Effective people management skills.
⦁ Proficient in strategic management.
⦁ Experience in organizational development.
⦁ Demonstrated leadership skills.
