We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Checker to join our team in the fabric and textiles industry. As a Quality Checker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high quality and consistency of our fabric products.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of fabric materials, including visual checks and tactile assessments, to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify and document any defects, flaws, or irregularities in the fabric, such as color variations, printing errors, or weaving inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to address quality issues promptly and efficiently.
• Perform tests and measurements on fabric samples to verify specifications and quality parameters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results, including detailed reports on fabric defects and corrective actions taken.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and quality control procedures within the production area.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to refine and improve quality control processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest fabric trends, industry standards, and quality control techniques to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:
• Training in fabric inspection or quality control are preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quality Checker or in a similar quality control role within the fabric and textiles industry.
• Strong knowledge of different fabric types, their characteristics, and common defects or irregularities.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle variations or inconsistencies in fabric quality.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, tools, and methodologies.
