ACADEMIC. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
⦁ Dip oma in Land Surveying I Gocmatics from a repulabe university
⦁ At least two (2j year post qualificat on experience
⦁ Avaliddass4 Dr ver’s licence
⦁ No criminal record
• Aclean and proven track record of service witnin the relevant field.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Accurately setting-up the Total Station and GNNS [GPS), being lard survey equipment, over Survey Control Points before any survey iscamed out
⦁ Assisting the Land Surveyor in the relocation of beacors for new construction activit es or resolving boundary disputes
⦁ Assisting the Land Surveyor to carryout Topographic Surveys and Base Mapping fcr the consequent creat on of stands.
⦁ Supervising field assistants during construction of permanent survey reference stations used during survey activities
⦁ Super.-® ng field assistants during cleanng I nes of site for the Total Station equipment during field work
⦁ Supervising field assistants during constructing survey beacons usirg the correct concrete mixtures as stipidated in the Land Survey Act and Land Survey Regulations.
⦁ Supervising field assistants dur ng clearing vegetative obstacles at any vis ted trigonometric beacons.
⦁ Maintaining a fi ing system for survey maps in (her storage catxnels
⦁ Carrying out searches fix Survey Dagrams and General Plans in the survey storage catenets as required by the Land Su-veyor and Land Survey Technician
⦁ Care and maintenance of the expensive surrey equipment .e. Total Station and GPS, which are tools-of-lrade for the Land Su-veyor
⦁ Any other duties directed by super ors
