Qualifications. Person Specifications and Experience
⦁ 5 O levels including Mathematics and English
⦁ Degree in Business Management/ Economics/ Statistics/Moni- taring and Evaluation/ Social Sconce with a component cf research and evaluation or equivalent from o recognized institution
⦁ Knowledge of research and evaluation methods and principles is a must
⦁ Good evaluation, writing and problem solving skills
⦁ Abte to work independently and collaboratively with other depart
ments
⦁ 4 years’ experience n a similar environment
⦁ Knowledge of Whole of Government Performance Management Systems will be a distinct advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent wil be reporting to the Principal Economic Development, Strategy and Risk Officer and will be responsible for
⦁ Developing and strengthening monitorng. inspection and evaluation procedures
⦁ Monitoring project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving project outputs
⦁ Assisting in the preparation of reports on the findings and essons learned from pro.ect innovations
⦁ Reporting monthly, quarterly, half- yearly and annual progress on all project act vtics
⦁ Monitoring the sustainability of project results
⦁ Recommending improvements to pro,eel strategies and activities
⦁ Participating in annual project activities and workshops
