Building Caretakers (x1)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, competent, and experienced persons to fill in one position of Building Caretaker that has arisen at our premises in Gweru.

Caretaker – Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

•Class 1 Electrician or Plumber or Fitter
•At least 3 years’ relevant experience
•Ability to work with minimum supervision
•Conversant with fire fighting equipment, Electrical Repairs, Plumbing
•Good communication skills

Caretaker Duties and Key Performance Areas

•General maintenance of building structures
•General maintenance of building service, plant and equipment
•Undertake planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
•Supervise security personnel
•Supervise cleaning personnel
•Supervise contractors on site as and when required
•Perform general administration tasks
