Reports to: Head of Marketing

Scope of the Role:

Young, dynamic, and exceptional GTM marketing skills required to be the face of the brand in the trade, be on the frontline and first level interaction with the customer.

Develop and maintain strong relationship with the customers
Negotiate terms of any trade marketing required
Ensure Service Level agreement of outsourced merchandisers are upheld
Identify gaps in the market for innovation, new product development
Assist in the development of additional products and brands
Ad hoc responsibilities as required

Requirements for the role:

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communications, interpersonal and strong negotiating skills
Trade marketing and brand management experience in FMCG
Innovative, pro-active individual, self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
