The Mining Promotion Corporation (MPC) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and committed professionals to take up positions in its structures. MPC is a professional and economic mineral exploration and development company with title to a portfolio of diversified mineral properties in all the Mining Districts in Zimbabwe.
We are in search of qualified:
Responsibilities:
⦁ Conducting field based data collection.
⦁ Collecting, recording and analysing sampling data.
⦁ Conducting staff training.
⦁ Carrying out data quality control and assurance.
⦁ Supervision of subordinate staff.
⦁ Maintain and disseminate accurate survey and other relevant information.
Requirements:
⦁ Diploma in Geology.
⦁ Proven experience as an exploration Field Officer will be considered.
⦁ 2-5 years in exploration or mining.
⦁ Hands – on experience with some GIS software an added advantage.
⦁ A clean Class 4 Driver’s licence.
