5 – 10 years previous management experience

Available for teams away from workshop for assistance over the phone
Available for customers with issues
Alarm stand by
Emails checking
Admin
Car inspections and upkeep
Customer visits
Quotes Follow up
Controlling of repaired stoke
Preparing for the next day
Check times sheets
Check Signed Job Sheets
Allocate leave
Attend to moral in workshop
Attend to disciplinary’s
Attend to GPS car tracker
Keeping track of Staff time keeping
Keeping workshop staff productive
Keep staff positive and motivated
Keeping record of workshop tools and condition
Inspect workshop staff tools
Staying late until all personnel is back from job and get feedback
Safety of all pool cars
Making sure maintains on cars are up to date and cars are in good order.
Feedback and time keeping
Inspect Jobs on site (Customer visit)
Following up on Customers
Handling all Company Circulars For workshop
Keeping track of all staff working for workshop
Phoning customers to collect machines
Deal with customers when collecting good but there is no payment
Sorting out queries from and for customers
Training for Apprentice
Manage leave for workshop staff
Managing and delegating all instructions from management
Inspiring and motivating staff
Effectively manage the maintenance and repairs of Technical facilities and equipment
Identifying team training and development needs
Coaching and developing staff to do more and better
Responsible for dealing with complex and diverse managerial problems
Arrange service & repair trip for certain Areas in the country i.e North, South, Coast, NE Trip
