VACANCY NOTICE
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the above vacant position.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the sewer reticulation system in the City of Harare.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
⦁ Planning for the infrastructure of wastewater reticulation.
⦁ Management operation and maintenance of the wastewater reticulation system.
⦁ Monitors statistics on wastewater reticulation blockages.
⦁ Checks and recommends for approval of design drawings and documents prepared by subordinate technical staff and consultants.
⦁ Supervision of subordinates and engineering consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
⦁ University degree in Civil Engineering.
⦁ Corporate Membership of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers or any relevant Institution and registration with Engineering Council of Zimbabwe.
⦁ At least five (5) years post qualifying experience, a major part of which must have been in water engineering and management.
⦁ Computer literacy in engineering software AutoCAD, MS Project and Microsoft Packages.
⦁ Experience in management of engineering Projects is essential.
⦁ A clean class four Driver’s License.
