Beyond The Veil Communities is looking for 2 Personal Assistants (volunteers) who will support the scaling up of the organization programs under direct supervision from the Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Assisting the Directors in implementing the organization projects.
– Managing diaries and event calendar.
– Attending meetings on behalf of the directors.
– Preparing meeting reports.
– Managing social media accounts
– Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

– At least a Degree in Secretarial Studies, Development Studies or Business Administrations. from a reputable institution.
– At least 6 months of experience in a similar roles.
– Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
