Action for Youth Foundation Trust is looking for a MER Assistant who will be supporting the Department of Monitoring, Evaluation & Research Team at voluntery basis under direct supervision from the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

Duties and responsibilities:

Conducting data cleaning and analysis for the regions.
Conducting Monitoring and Evaluation support to the District teams in line with the work plans.
Conducting data researching and statistics of each programs.
Establishing data indicators and targets per each project and programs conducted by the organization.
Conducting research and data gathering trainings with the staff.
Supporting implementing partners on conducting Monitoring and Evaluation through the Trainings and Capacity building department.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Anthropology, Sociology or any social sciences from a reputable institution.
Certificate in Data Analysis and Management from Action for Youth Foundation Trust is an added advantage.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role is a must.
