Glenrise Investments (Pvt) Ltd seeks to recruit dynamic and experienced professionals. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing support services to the projects team in ensuring successful completion of the organization’s construction projects:

• BRICKLAYER

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Interpreting blueprints and construction drawings to determine project specifications.
2. Laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials following established construction standards.
3. Measuring and cutting materials to the required size and shape.
4. Mixing mortar or other bonding agents and applying them to the construction site.
5. Ensuring that structures are level, plumb, and aligned according to specifications.
6. Repairing and replacing damaged bricks or masonry units.
7. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment used in the construction process.
8. Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Class 1 journeyman card in bricklaying.
2. National Certificate in bricklaying or a relevant qualification.
3. Minimum of three years of experience in the construction industry.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Proficient in interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
2. Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
3. Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment.
4. Attention to detail and precision in work.
5. Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
