VACANCY : SURVEY TECHNICIAN
GRADE : 12
Reports to The Town Planner
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organizing, and managing spatial data relevant to the town.
2. Development of tools for loading and transferring G IS data between different systems within the organization.
3. Conduct in house GIS training for selected Council Staff
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE,
❖ Degree in Geographic Information Systems, Surveying and Geomatics or related field.
❖ Computer Proficiency in GIS related software such as QGIS
❖ 3 years’ experience
❖ A clean Driver’s license-class 4
