VACANCY
Applications are invited from qualified and experienced persons to
fill the following posts which have arisen in Runde Rural District Council
- PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (GRADES)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have the following:
A Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management or any related programme.
5 Ordinary level passes including English Language.
Have at least 2 years work experience in a similar environment; Administration experience in the public sector is an added advantage.
Must be computer literate.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
At least 25 years of age
Duties and Responsibilities
Call and Client Management.
Managing the Chief Executive Officer’s diary efficiently.
Management of selected meetings.
Carrying out background research on issues and presenting findings to the Chief Executive Officer.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing using a variety of software packages.
Planning, organizing and managing official events.
Responsible for the organisation’s e-mails and dedicated telephone lines, in line with ease of doing business.
