Kardia Holdings, a leading construction company based in Eastlea, Harare, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we specialize in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, contractors, and partners.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and utilize findings to inform marketing strategies.
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and promote our services.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales and marketing activities, results, and future plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the construction industry.
