Regional Manager- Mashonaland West
The above mentioned vacancy has arisen within TIMB and applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position. The successful candidate will be responsible for Mashonaland West Region.
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF TOBACCO OPERAHONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
■ Planning and implementing effective training programmes for all industry stakeholders and TIMB staff for the Region.
■ Planning and executing efficient grower registration systems.
■ Planning and implementing an effective Public Relations Management system.
■ Planning and implementing efficient Budgeting Planning and Cost Control systems at Regional offices.
■ Planning and implementing efficient I luman Resources Management systems at Regional offices.
■ Strategy development, implementation, and research.
■ Managing the administration functions al the Regional offices.
■ Implementing and managing approved business development projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
■ Bachelor s Degree in Agriculture or equivalent from a recognised university.
■ A professional qualification in Business Administration is an added advantage.
■ A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the Tobacco industry.
■ Valid Class 4 Drivers Licence.
