ONE SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT, PUBLIC AFFAIRS
AND STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS DIVISION, BULAWAYO
A vacancy for a Social Media Assistant has arisen in the Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations Branch.

The job specifications for the position include the following:-
1. Conceive, lead and handle all strategic online initiatives for NRZ and develop strong and innovative social media/digital marketing strategies.
2. Formulate, plan and maintain an effective, cohesive and engaging digital communication strategy.
3. Manage and update blogs, e-newsletter, social media, company website (including all designs, images, tools, videos and content) in line with current industry trends.
4. Respond to online queries and enquiries.
5. Develop new ideas for interactive content and compile analysis reports of social media traffic as well as monitor Return on Investment (ROI) through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
6. Increase reach and engagement of the target audience and monitor growth patterns of the media platforms.
7. Participate in relevant social media conversations and recommend strategies for managing online information.
8. Give advice to other sections on social media/website input.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5 O’ Levels including Maths and English language
Diploma In Social and Online Media, Digital Co mm uni cation/Digital Marketing/Relationship Management.
Clean Class Four Driver’s Licence.

Experience:
– Three years hands-on experience managing social media platforms and website management
– Excellent oral and written skills
– Strong attention to detail.
– Experience in using photographic equipment and editing suites such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
– Proven ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
