Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position.
TREASURER
Reporting to the chief Executive officer – Grade 10

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
❖To design, implement and supervise systems of financial control in compliance with standing accounting rules and regulations. To ensure operations within relevant legislation, statutes and council regulations.
❖ To ensure there is efficiency in finance department.
❖To ensure that resources are utilised efficiently and effectively in pursuance of organisational goals/objectives.
❖Advisory role on financial issues
To formulate and implement cost recovery measures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should have at least:

❖ A degree from a recognised university in Finance or Accounting.
❖ A full cis or CIA or CIMA is also acceptable
❖At least 3 years’ post qualification experience in middle management accounting position.
❖ At least 30 years old
❖A clean criminal record
❖ class Four driver’s licence
