The Company is seeking a versatile business strategist who reports to the Board of Directors to steer the Company to be the leading mass transporter of choice and preferred market-driven passenger transport in the region and provides strategic direction to national transportation system accounting

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (GRADE E)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the Operations Director position exists to evaluate the completeness, accuracy, policy establishment, systems, and precesses for all aspects of an efficient transport system optimizing the Company’s transport systems in line with set standards, ensuring a seamless and well-coordinated mass transportation system

 

The incumbent will be responsible for:

– Designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures
– Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth
– Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
– Overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT. HR, Finance, etc.)
– Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
– Writing and submitting reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
– Participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate afcances.etc)
– Managing relationships with partners/vendors
– Supervising all daily operations of the company
