VACANCY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above position that has fallen vacant. The position reports to the Hotel Board of Directors. The ideal candidate should be a self motivated, seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands on experience. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is expected to provide strategic leadership to the hotel and conference centre.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Overseeing day to day operations of the hotel
ii. Strategy formulation and implementation lii. Financial and human resources management
iv. Establishment of policies and processes v. Growing the business

– Proficiency with several hotel operating systems and technological sawiness
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience
Proven experience as a senior manager or similar role in the hotel and catering industry of at least 5 years.
