The National Employment Council for the Agricultural Industry in Zimbabwe (NEC Agriculture) is an employment council established in terms of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01]. Its responsibilities are to promote fair labour standards and to resolve labour-related disputes between employers and employees in the agricultural industry. NEC Agriculture has retained the services of Global Tech Human Capital Corporation in the identification and placement of suitable candidates in the following positions:

Duties and Responsibilities
The Designated Agent will be responsible for promoting, monitoring, and enforcing compliance with the current Legal Instruments governing the Agricultural Industry among other related duties assigned.
Education
1. Degree in Human Resources Management or any other Degree in Social Sciences.
2. Clean Class 4 Drivers’License.
3. Diploma in Labour Law, Certificate in Dispute Resolutions and Arbitration.
Experience
The candidate shall have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
