DUTIES
Co-ordinates staff trainings & development as per training calendar
Co-ordinates customer training as per the training calendar
Co-ordinates the training needs analysis exercise
Assist in Monitoring and Evaluation of projects
REQUIREMENTS
IPMZ Training Management is a pre-requisite
Minimum of Two years professional experience in conducting trainings.
Knowledge and understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation process is an added advantage.
