Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following positions that have arisen in the organization:

LOSS CONTROL ASSISTANT (CONTRACT) (X2)

Reporting to: Loss Control Officer

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To implement security procedures and protect company assets by the provision of security services in the organization to minimize losses through implementation of security and loss prevention measures

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Enforcing security policies and procedures;
• Conducting security checks at sites and communicates findings to the Loss Control Officer
• Investigating criminal cases as and when necessary
• Supervising contracted Security Guards, and Compiling security and investigation reports as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 0′ level passes including English and Mathematics
• A Diploma/Degree in Risk Management, Social Sciences, Commercial Studies
• A qualification in security studies/loss control an added advantage
• At least 2 years relevant experience in a Security
• Sector/Loss Control Environment
• Computer literate, and
• Clean Class 4 driver’s licence
