| KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS | Patient Care/Stakeholder Relationships Radiation Therapy Quality Control Risk Management Administration |
| MINIMUM EDUCATION | Relevant Diploma/Degree in Radiography – Radiation Therapy |
| MINIMUM EXPERIENCE | 5 years’ experience in a clinical radiation therapy environment |
| PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION | Registered as a Therapy Radiographer with Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC) |
| REQUIRED COMPETENCIES | Patient Care, Focus & Service Communication Analytical skills Decision-making Innovation Adaptability Knowledge of rules and regulations governing clinical radiation services Knowledge of oncology equipment, technical requirements and latest developments Operational and clinical aspects of radiation therapy and oncology Computer proficiency Planning and organizing Operation of Varian and Elekta machines |
