Job Details
Applicants must hold a Doctoral degree in Business Management or Entrepreneurship, a Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship or equivalent and a relevant first degree with at least a 2.1-degree classification
Applicants who can show some progress towards acquiring a relevant doctoral degree maybe considered. Teaching experience at a tertiary or university level is mandatory.
Possession of a Post graduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education will be an added advantage. Successful applicants without a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher and Tertiary Education will be required to obtain the same within the first three (3) years of appointment.
Successful applicants must be able to teach the following modules: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Family and Small Business Management, Consultancy, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic business Leadership, Marketing Communications, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Advertising Management, Principles of Management, or Digital Marketing.

Re: Application for a vacant post of Lecturer for Business Management.
I hereby apply for the vacant post of Lecturer for Business Management as advertised. I have lecturing, management and administrative work experience that I acquired through working for Edgars, the University of Zimbabwe, Christian Horizons Canada, Global Mission in Zimbabwe and Training and Development International.
I am currently working on my PhD (Agriculture finance) and a holder of a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance, a Bachelor of Commerce Business Management Honours Degree (Finance),an Executive Diploma in Business Leadership, a Diploma in Accounting and Business, (ACCA) a Diploma in Applied Project Monitoring and Evaluation, a Certificate in Personnel Management (IPMZ) and other qualifications as detailed in my CV.
