Responsibilities
Acquiring inventories of properties for sales
Selecting the marketing channels for their individual portfolio
Generating leads for prospective business
Attending to inquiries from prospective clients
Showing properties to prospective buyers
Facilitating drafting of agreements of sale
Overseeing the full sales process up to handover
The job requires individuals who
Are good communicators
Have Presentational skills
Are self-driven and target oriented
Resources
Must have own vehicle, cellphone, and laptop
Background in customer service roles, PR, and Banking is an added advantage.
