Access Forex is a financial services company registered in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. We are excited to be in the market to recruit for the following position.
Country Head – United Kingdom

Required to take charge of the company’s operations in the United Kingdom. The job holder will be responsible for defining and building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of market conditions whilst aiming at financial and market share growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

⦁ New business development including prospecting for new clients and converting into increased business revenues.
⦁ Creation of a robust pipeline of opportunities in existing markets through the various go-to-market channels.
⦁ Client retention.
⦁ Partnering key stakeholders to conduct relevant market research to support quality business decisions.
⦁ Brand positioning
⦁ Lead and create a climate that attracts quality customers.

Eligibility

⦁ Relevant business degree (a postgraduate degree will be an added advantage)
⦁ Sales Facilitation skills. Must be able to apply influence and organizational savvy to advance sales opportunities.
⦁ Good leadership skills. Must be able to lead effectively in a complex environment and deliver results.
⦁ At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
⦁ Good knowledge of the UK business environment.
