CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER – Hospitality Industry 1343 views

A client in the hospitality industry is looking for a person with a fine hospitality flair to fill in the Customer Relationship and Digital Marketing Officer position which has arisen in the organization based in Harare.

Roles and Responsibilities

To record, escalate and resolve customer queries relating to service delivery
Use content management systems to create, review and update online content based on the running promotions on all social media pages
Handle incoming walk-in customers, phone calls, appointments and messages. Address customer needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn customers into return guests
Promote and up-sell products, services and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
Create and update Customer Database, managed the bookings diary and generated quotations and invoices
Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary

Person Specifications

A qualification in Digital Marketing or equivalents
Good working knowledge of CRM web technologies including websites, customer portals, e-Forms, and Web analytics tools
Good working knowledge of social media marketing and ability to create content (Knowledge of correl draw, photoshop, Canva, and Hootsuite is an added advantage)
Traceable understanding of business operations
Ability to make own initiatives
Photography acumen

Operating to tight deadlines in highly pressurized environments
A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
Previous customer care experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability)
