We have a strategic network of operations across our two businesses. Access Forex and Access Finance and are recruiting suitable candidates to join our team.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

We are seeking to recruit young, energetic, and self-motivated graduates to undertake a graduate development program. Successful candidates will undergo a structured training program for a period of 18 months In the following areas:
4. 1. Retail Banking
5. Human Resources
6. Finance and Auditing
1. Investment Banking
2. Marketing
3. Information Technology

DUTIES A RESPONSIBILITIES

As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities, inter-alia, shall include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.

ELIGIBILITY

Prospective candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Must be 25 years and below.
2. Should have an upper second class pass in their University Degree obtained from a reputable institution of higher learning.
3. Self-motivated, focused, and prepared to be posted to any of our stations nationwide.
