JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the acquisition and retention of microfinance banking clients to attain a quality loan portfolio and deposit client base.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Marketing of ZWMB products to prospective clients
o Account opening and loan portfolio management
o Quality customer service, retention, and Agents Management
o Loan collections and recoveries
o Timely submission of monthly reports and returns
o Cost containment through operating in a cost-effective manner
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND ATTRIBUTES
o A commercial diploma or degree (a microfinance diploma will be an added advantage
o 2 years of banking/microfinance experience
o Be highly customer-focused.
o Be knowledgeable about Microfinance products and services.
o Be A Goal Getter, Self-Starter, and Have the ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
