ACC a company that offers career planning, counselling and soft skills training and is looking for suitable candidates to fill in the positions of Career Counsellors that has arisen.
Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to Head Career Services; the Career Counsellor is responsible for:
• Providing online career counselling and guidance to assigned clients looking for the perfect careers on commission based
• Providing one on one and group career counselling and guidance to clients looking for the perfect careers on commission based
• Signing up of clients for career counselling and soft skills trainings
• Carrying out outreach programs in line with career counselling
• Conduct soft and life skills trainings to young people
• Ensuring documentation of activities and submission of progress reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Qualifications And Experience
Successful applicants must be a holder of diploma or degree in social sciences, counselling, social work or related fields and should have graduated from a recognized institute. At least 2years post-graduation experience in a similar role pre-requisite. Women are encouraged to apply.
