SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE 1718 views

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Present, promote and sell products /services using different medias to existing and prospective customers .

-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.

-Reach out to customer needs through cold calling.

-Content creation and managing social media accounts .

-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complains to maximise satisfaction .

-Co ordinate sales effort with team members

-Analyse the territory /market’s potential ,track sales and status report .

-Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

-Continuously improve through feedback

QUALIFICATIONS :

-Excellent oral and written communication skills.

-Ability to take initiative and work independently.

-At least a diploma/degree in marketing or sales from a recognised institute or professional qualification.

-2plus years of experience in sales or similar role.

-Valid class 4 driver’s licence
