Job Description
NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit outstanding and results oriented individuals to fill the above posts in our organisation.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
To create demand for OneMoney products across various channels before they reach the consumer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and implements the trade marketing strategy
- Builds relationships with key suppliers and identifies new revenue opportunitips
- Manages the promotional plan and identifies new promotional opportunities
- Works closely with the marketing team to commercialize brand plans, looking at pack formats, pricing and promotions
- Develops commercial toolboxes, including sell-in materials for the sales teams, and in-store (POS) materials for the retailers
- Coaches and supports the sales teams to engage effectively with customers
- Manages the trade spend and allocates the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all channels or customers
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ trade marketing experience in a similar environment
- A thorough understanding of Mobile Financial Services.
