Devine Assignments is looking to fill the vacancy that has risen for the position of chef / braaimaster in its organisation. This position will be based in Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Preparing staff meals.
- Weighing, measuring, mixing and prepping ingredients according to recipes
- Checking quality of ingredients.
- Monitor stock and check orders when they are shortages.
- Caters special events as required.
- Ensures all service lines are replenished as needed on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure that there is increase of sales in the butchery.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Physically fit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in clubs or bars.
- Flexible to work long shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Marinating skills.
