Seke Rural Home-Based Care (SRHBC) is acommunity-based organisation that operates in Seke District.The organisation implements sustainable development initiatives to improve people’s livelihood, Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH), HIV Prevention, HIV and AIDS care and support as well as safeguarding. SRHBC is implementing an OVC activity with the goalof ‘Sustaining Prevention, Care and Support Services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) in Zimbabwe’.The activity aims to improve health, safety, education and stability outcomes for vulnerable children, adolescents and youth living with HIV in Seke District. SRHBC has vacancy for the following position: Activity Driver

Duties And Responsibilities

The Driver will provide reliable and safe driving services to project teams and visitors, ensuring highest standards of discretion and integrity, sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues. The Driver has a client-oriented approach, high sense of responsibility, courtesy, tact and the ability to work with people of different cultural backgrounds. The driver is responsible for providing safe driving services to the activity and organisation. The driver shall carry staff to and from different work locations and ensure that the vehicles are maintained in good working conditions. S/He will also do administrative duties as required.

Qualifications And Experience

• Must be a holder of a clean class 2 drivers licence;
• ‘O’ Level passes will be an added advantage
• Mature and minimum 6 years driving experience.
• A valid defensive driving certificate;
• Willing to work during odd hours.
• Ability to work with others.
