Job Summary
Suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates are invited to apply for the position of Relationship Officer which has arisen within Sales Department.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Analysing, identifying and developing business opportunities in line with the key strategic objectives.
- Acquisition of new customers and conducts customer visits, calls and outreaches.
- Conducts market research and make appropriate recommendations
- Supervision of client retention and analysing reports from the customer engagements.
- Assesses and monitor performance of Brand Ambassadors and make appropriate recommendations to the HOD.
- Organizing trainings and mentorship programs for Brand Ambassadors.
Qualifications And Experience
- A degree in Banking and Finance / Business Studies / Economics
- IOBZ Diploma is an advantage.
- At least 3 years in a similar or related field
