Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and checking IDs when necessary
• Providing security and safety
• Maintaining bar supplies, when needed
• Protecting bar customers and staff
• Monitoring bar or club perimeter for safety concerns
• Assessing customer aggression or intoxication
• Enforce club rules often with early warnings.
• Removes obnoxious and offensive persons.

• Work primarily inside of a nightclub or at the door.
• Patrols exterior and parking lot sometimes.

 Skills & Qualifications:

• Physically fit
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to assess threats and over-intoxication
• Comfortable talking to people
• Ability to manage multiple people and situations while maintaining composure
• Previous experience working in clubs or bars
