SUMMARY
Build Your Dream (BYD) Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd is a subsidiary of Tsapo Group of Companies which is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of a Sales Manager responsible for marketing and selling of electric vehicles and solar products.

DUTIES
Selling electric vehicles, e-mobility products, renewable energy products e.g solar panels, batteries and inverters.
Ensure attainment of set sales budgets by driving the sales team towards attaining the sales targets.
Managing, monitoring and tracking the sales team performance through daily, weekly, monthly reports and appraisals.
Meeting prospective clients and doing sales presentations until a sale is closed.
Providing after sales support and responding to customer complaints for both technical and other.
Preparing for and taking part in exhibitions and shows.
Managing the tender process.

REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.
At least 4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
Experience in selling vehicles, buses, renewable energy products is a distinct advantage.
At least a class 4 driver’s licence with a valid defensive driving certificate is a must.
