SUMMARY
Zvandiri is seeking to recruit a Regional Coordinator who will be responsible for defining, planning, tracking, managing and leading the work of the Zvandiri Mentors (ZM), coordinating scale up of Zvandiri model and Community Adolescent Treatment Supporters (CATS).Also ensuring quality at all levels of programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation, finance and reporting. This role will include amongst other things, overseeing all activities in the provinces in accordance with the approved project work plans as well as management of project deliverables in line with the project plan.

DUTIES
Provision of training, mentorship and supervision to the Zvandiri Mentors (ZMs) at provincial and regional level
Monitor and track programmatic work of the ZMs and ZIs during site visits to the district offices and facilities
Remain up to date with paediatric and adolescent HIV global and national policy and practice and cascade within the province
Develop and maintain, in coordination with the Zvandiri Mentors and Zvandiri Associates, a detailed project work plan for the provinces and region
Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan and make necessary adjustments consistent with plan objectives if need be .Monitor project progress and performance in line with the project M&E plan, Review and analyse M&E data and recommend adjustments to design as needed
Ensure timelines on submission of progress reports are observed as required for Africaid and the project donors
Liaise with partners and local stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities
Support financial management of the programme, including but not limited to, budget monitoring and reviewing requests and liquidations.

REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in social work, social science or related field, nursing qualification / clinical
psychologist qualification an added advantage.
At least minimum three years’ experience in community development work
Experience working with children and adolescents essential
Comprehensive understanding of the Zvandiri Model desirable
Technical working knowledge of HIV
Knowledge of and familiarity with the Ministry of Health and Child Care structures

Strong report writing and computer skills
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening,
presentation and facilitation
Demonstrated experience in children and adolescent HIV programming, including community,
peer-led interventions
Good command of written and spoken English essential
Experience leading a team
