DUTIES
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Participate in strengthening existing M&E system.
Support in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual programmatic performance reports.
Entering all M&E relevant reports into the online systems.
Consolidating and sorting received documents and identifying forms that need to be processed.
Ensuring accuracy of entered data and comparing it with the existing scheduling system to make sure all records are consistent and aligned.
Support in the review and checking of data generated being in line with the M&E reporting requirements.
Support the analysis of data in line with the M&E framework.
Assist with guidance and support to Operations in the development and implementation of monitoring tools, which will include, but not be limited to, data collection, analysis and reporting on program indicators;
Participate in the training of field staff in monitoring of activities (process) based on indicators and targets set out in the relevant Work plan.
Support the coordination and execution of events in the department such as, training, collecting and disseminating relevant information on monitoring, evaluation and research.
Other Monitoring and Evaluation functions as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in M&E, Information Management, Statistics
At least 2 years’ experience in GBV programming, with a specific focus on M&E.
Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting systems including tool development, data capturing, analysis and report writing.
Inherent requirements of the position:
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize disparate information in a clear and concise manner
Excellent research and data collection methodology skills
Ability to work independently to efficiently meet deadlines
Valid drivers’ license and own transport would advantageous
Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills in order to balance competing priorities
