Job Summary
Wanted is a competent Accounting Officer with ability to Assist in Sales & marketing to start as soon as possible.
Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate record of all financial transactions.
Prepare Daily Reports Summary
Update and circulate debtors and creditors daily.
Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases filing hard copies.
Assist in preparing management accounts on monthly basis.
Stock take & stock reconciliation
Customers Reconciliations & Costing.
Assist Sales & marketing Department in customer follow-ups on orders
Qualifications And Experience
Any of the following Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting , Marketing & Business Administration
ACCA , CIMA , any marketing qualification would be an added advantage
experience in a production company is essential and at least 3 years’ working experience.
Age 25 to 35
Good communicator and motivated to work without constant supervision
