Job Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Food Court Supervisor who is responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating work activities in the shop and responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints as well as growing turnover.
Duties And Responsibilities
Managing shop staff
To ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction through a friendly efficient service as well as product quality that surpasses or matches standards.
To ensure that budgeted monthly sales targets are achieved and enhance growth in month on month sales
Inventory Management.
Qualifications And Experience
1.A Diploma or degree in tourism and hospitality management and/ a Marketing Qualification and experience.
2.At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar environment and/or at the same position.
