The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) is inviting applications horn suitably quelled. mature, honest and substantially experienced persons for appointment to the above challenging position which has arisen in the Organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

Designing irrigation infrastructure
Planning and managing irrigation projects
Supervising the irrigation infrastructure operation maintenance
Supervision of quantity surveying and cost evaluation of the irrigation projects
Conduct feasibility study survey and design of the identified community based irrigation protects
Provide technical irrigation input to the procurement unit for preparation of tender documents procuring services and works related to irrigation

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Irrigation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, & Water Engineering
Membership of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers will be an added advantage
A minimum of three years post qualification experience
Must have analytical, problem solving and coordinating skills
Must be computer literate, honest and capable to work under minimum supervision
