Duties and Responsibilities
- Ordering and collecting stocks from the central stores.
- Preparation of meals according to the set menu.
- Supervision of all kitchen staff.
- Ensuring that all ordered stocks are kept secured.
- Ensuring that all the revenue for meals sold is accounted for.
Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
- Minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes including English.
- HEXCO National Diploma in Professional Cookery/Hospitality.
- HND in Professional Cookery/Hospitality and Class 2 Trade Test will be an added
advantage.
